Welcome to the Justice For Parents And Children website. We are parents, family members, and citizens who have witnessed the devastation that corrupt family courts and social service departments have wrought on our families. Our mission is to come together in a meaningful way to protect our children, strengthen our families, support each other, change how Minnesota’s family law systems operate, and bring attention to this problem.
Many families in Minnesota have dealt with this problem, and it is growing. As judges and supervisors become ever more complacent, social workers are given less accountability and able to hold more power. Guardians ad Litem have been given tremendous authority, yet abuse it frequently with no consequences. Judges have no accountability other than elections every six years, and many are appointed to their positions, and run unopposed.
These problems are not unique to just a few families, or to Minnesota. Nationwide, it is a growing epidemic that former Georgia State Senator Nancy Shaefer stated about Child Protective Services is, “a protected empire built on taking children and separating families. It is one of the most evil and corrupt branches of government in America.” As you can see on our Resources page, it is so wide-spread that PBS did a documentary about it, many organizations similar to ours are springing up, children and parents who've been abused by the system are coming forward, and politicians are growing aware and outraged to learn what is happening.
Adolf Hitler said in Mein Kampf that, "As long as government is perceived as working for the benefit of children, the people happily will endure almost any curtailment of liberty." We now see many social service agencies taking insane actions against citizens, as Hitler did before them, and hiding behind the curtain that it is for the benefit of the children, and demanding that we should trust them, because they are the experts.
This is unacceptable! We live in a country that values the liberties and rights that have been given to us by God, and codified in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. While we do not tolerate child abuse, and agree that there needs to be a government organization, such as Child Protective Services (CPS), it is intolerable that CPS workers can commit perjury, ignore blatant evidence, place children in abusive homes when they have a good parent to care for them, and abuse their power for personal gain.
Our goal is to provide resources to those who need them, and ask anybody who has been affected by corruption to contact us. This means parents, social workers who cannot in good conscience work in the environment they are forced to, family members who have witnessed this abuse, and others.
